All things Apple. We are officially a Mac central shop and only use Windows for testing and /or if absolutely necessary (one of these days, some of the sites we frequent will be fully functional in Safari).

We migrated to Gmail a little over a year ago and are so glad we did. No headaches, minimal down time, tons of flexibility.
Firefox makes fixing little cross browser quirks easy.
Panic Coda and Transmit (below) are essential tools for website building.
A Very good, and cheap substitute to Adobe Photoshop if it's not in your budget.
