Aisha Kutter - Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Photo of Aisha Aisha Kutter, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of KutterGroup LLC, has over 6 years experience in the utility industry deploying advanced web based applications and enterprise-wide software solutions and served as the program manager for the New York Power Authority’s Peak Load Management Program and more recently served in the position of marketing consultant for the Marketing and Economic Development business unit. During her tenure at the Authority, Aisha rose to the occasion, having earned employee of the quarter on two separate occasions and employee of the year with her forecasting team after deploying a state of the art forecasting system. Aisha continued to excel at the Authority, receiving several promotions in the process and through her efforts in load forecasting, contributed to the Authority saving in excess of $10 million annually. In 2007, Aisha was awarded with the Harlem YMCA's Black Achiever in Industry Award.

Aisha is currently on the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce's "Women in Business Empowerment" committee, established with the mission of creating a strong network of women throughout the Hudson Valley who work together to empower each other to reach their professional goals—or fulfill their dreams of successful business ownership.

Aisha is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics.

Jim Kutter - Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Photo of Jim Before founding KutterGroup, Jim Kutter served as an is an independent IT consultant and Director of Internet Operations at ebizQ.net. Jim formerly worked in the entertainment industry both in visual effects and electronic entertainment, before focusing his career on Internet technologies. Jim has an extensive background in empowering organizations with user friendly solutions to real business problems – all intuitive systems which require minimal training and support.

In 2009, Jim was awarded as one of the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce’s “Top 40 under 40!” for his success in business and commitment to the community. Jim has been a member of the Association for Computing Machinery’s SIGGRAPH (Special Interest Group – Graphics) for over 10 years and is also a member of the IEEE Computer Society.

Jim’s interests include visualization, agile methods and distributed computing.

Jim is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
