Aisha Kutter - President & Chief Executive Officer
Aisha Kutter, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of KutterGroup LLC, has the better half of a decade of experience in the utility industry deploying advanced web based applications and enterprise-wide software solutions and served as the program manager for the New York Power Authority's Peak Load Management Program and more recently served in the position of marketing consultant for the Marketing and Economic Development business unit. During her tenure at the Authority, Aisha rose to the occasion, having earned employee of the quarter on two separate occasions and employee of the year with her forecasting team after deploying a state of the art forecasting system.
Aisha continued to excel at the Authority, receiving several promotions in the process and through her efforts in load forecasting, contributed to the Authority saving in excess of $10 million annually. In 2007, Aisha was awarded with the Harlem YMCA's Black Achiever in Industry Award.
Aisha is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics.
Jim Kutter - Chief Technology Officer
Before founding KutterGroup, Jim Kutter served as an is an independent IT consultant and Director of Internet Operations at ebizQ.net. Jim formerly worked in the entertainment industry both in visual effects and electronic entertainment, before focusing his career on Internet technologies. Jim brings broad exposure to different platforms, tools, and techniques, and is able to isolate and focus in on the core technical problems. Jim is knowledgeable in what to leverage when in order to maximize return on investment.
In 2009, Jim was awarded as one of the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce's "Top 40 under 40!" for his success in business and commitment to the community. Jim has been a member of the Association for Computing Machinery's SIGGRAPH (Special Interest Group – Graphics) for over 10 years and is also active in several technical professional groups.
Jim is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
Talitha Parker - Web Marketing Consultant
Talitha Parker (Parker) is a web professional with more than 10 years' experience in managing the production and presentation of award-winning, corporate websites using open-source content management systems. Parker more recently served as the Web Marketing Technologist for Reznick Group, a top 20 national accounting, tax and business advisory firm. In this capacity, she managed the firm's corporate and subsidiary websites which earned a 2010 IABC Silver Quill Award of Merit for Electronic and Digital Communication/Internet Sites.
Parker was formerly a marketing and communications manager with AOL and was responsible for the web production of the company's internal advertising portal and external trade websites. During her tenure at AOL, she contributed to a cross-divisional effort collapsing the internal, external and extranet websites into one portal.
Prior to AOL, Parker was a consultant with Celerity IT and served as the Production Team Lead for client, Freddie Mac. In this role she designed the corporate communication's web templates, coded and published online content, and worked with clients to identify and translate their business communication needs into technical requirements.
Brian Brazil - Software & Web Development Consultant
Brian is a second generation software developer who wrote his first programs when he was only 7 years old. He since went on to major in Computer Science and establish himself as a top-notch developer. His 13 years of professional experience have taken him all over the globe working with a wide range of customers.
The breadth of Brian's work includes lottery systems, entertainment software, video surveillance, high-throughput casino systems, and massively-parallel media manipulation pipelines. His focus recently has been on user interface design and Agile methodologies. When he's not behind a keyboard, he enjoys building furniture in his home shop. And long walks on the beach.
Brian is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
Zack Tanner - Web Developer Intern
Zack Tanner has been developing websites since he was eleven years old. Inspired by websites that fascinated him as a kid, he taught himself the basics by modifying source code. Eight years later, Zack is developing websites for a living while attending college. He is proficient in PHP, jQuery, and SQL, and the management of MySQL databases. His passion is back-end code, but he also enjoys styling a website and watching it come to life.
In high school, Zack volunteered to develop the school's internal attendance, grading, and student sign-out system after watching a professional company fail to satisfy the school's complicated needs. This gesture resulted in him being written up in the school magazine, wherein the school's CTO quoted him as being "the next Mark Zuckerberg."
Zack continues to pursue his passion for website development, and is majoring in Computer Science at Bard College.
